According to Eden Hazard, had it not been for James Milner’s fine playmaking skills, Chelsea would have beaten Manchester City in the Premier League last weekend.
That match finished as a draw with both teams having one goal each to their names.
It was Chelsea which had gone up 1-0 courtesy Andre Schurrle, but, that lead was deleted later on by none other than Frank Lampard, the Blues legend who has only recently come to City on loan.
Milner, with his cross, made the job easier for the veteran Englishman, but, the ball still was to be netted and the wily, old fox Lampard was never going to miss out on the opportunity to show his former employers that they might have sold him a season or two earlier.
