WALES LOSE ONE-SIDED MATCH

The Serbian football team has defeated Wales in a World Cup qualifier match by a huge margin of 6-1 at Stadion Karadorde. That was a completely one sided encounter and the Wales team never looked in control.

Gareth Bale was the only Wales player who found the net, and even that, according to Tottenham news, was fortunate. The Serbian supporters would have a lot of fun while watching the match. It was a great display of dominance by the Serbian team. On the other hand, the Wales players put up an extremely ordinary performance and ended up losing the match.

The Serbian players came into the match with all guns blazing. The first goal of the match was scored in the 16th minute when Aleksandar Kolarov took Serbia ahead by beating Boaz Myhill with a powerful left footed shot. The Serbian team didn’t take too much time in doubling the lead.

Zoran Tosic scored the second goal for Serbia, but, all the hard work was done by Kolarov. He got the ball at a long distance from the penalty box, but, he made his way through the midfield and brought the ball inside the box. However, his shot was not bang on target and it was blocked by Myhill, but, Tosic was quick to latch on the rebound. He played a low shot from a distance of 8 yards to flatten Myhill.

Wales came back with Bale’s goal in the 31st minute, but, that proved to be the first and last goal scored by the Wales team in the match. After that, there was not much resistance shown by the Wales players. Filip Djuricic, Dusan Tadic and Branislav Ivanovic scored the next 3 goals for Serbia and secured the victory of the team. The Serbian team will play its next World Cup qualifier game against Belgium on 12th of October.
